Application guide of Ultra bonding tape

To get ideal bonding strength and result, substrate surface should be cleaned
before application. We recommend to clean the substrate surface using
Isopropyl Alcohol.

Tape surface should not be affected by moisture or oil before use.

Be careful air bubble formation on the substrate surface when tape application.
Apply tape perfectly on the substrate with a pressure of 15Psi=1kg/cm2.
We recommend to load on the parts after 72 hrs from bonding or after 24hrs
when apply the primer.

Ideal temperature

Surface temperature range of the substrates : 20℃~40℃
Workshop's temperature range : 15℃~40℃ in 65±5% humidity
Storage Temperature : 17℃~40℃ with 50% humidity
If the tapes were stored in cold area, keep the tapes warming for 2 to 3 hrs before use.

Storage

Do not store the tapes in the place which has direct light, lots of moisture or dust.
Do not have tape log’s cardboard box stacked more than 2 boxes to prevent damage.
For slit rolls after use, preserve the remaining rolls putting separating paper between the rolls
not to be stuck each other and then cover them with plastic bag.
Usable period of tape is one year in general when it is packed well with plastic bag.

Supply condition

Standard log roll or slit roll(from the 4mm width slit roll) according to the customer’s
requirement.

Customer’s own designed package supply is available.

Standard technical data

Standard technical data sheets will be provided to the customers.
In every shipment, certificate of conformity will be issued upon customer’s request.

Production lead time

Approximately it takes 2~3 weeks for production from the date of order confirmation.
